update: 2006 350z Track underside.
I went to my buddies trophy truck shop and lifted up the z for a look.
the only thing that caught my eye was the driveshaft. it is carbon fiber, but wrapped in black fibrous. meaning it isnt textured like the CB Hoods...
Here are a couple pics of the car underneath...

I havent found any new under parts...
except the new lower engine cover, and inner fender linings...
basicly all of the front linings are different to go with the new front bumper...
its too bad you didnt get good shots of those... they look cooler then the 2003-2005 ones...
thats on all 06's though...

I havent really looked into the weight differences yet...
I am assuming the new interior pieces add some weight... (few pounds) New seats and new seat material?
little bits like that?
also, the connecting rods in the 300HP motor are heavier then the 287... as well as the crank... so thats a little bit...
not much but it all adds up..
