421WHP is safe for OUR cars internals?
400WHP is NICE... that'll do for me quite well.

Sounds real good. What kind of engine management did you go with? Are you using the regular e-manage or are they using the e-manage ultimate now?

SGP is very impressive. I have my Z there now and they just built me a new engine with forged pistons, pauter rods and turned my boost up to 15psi with my procharger plus they plumbed in a 75 shot of NOS with the new Greddy Emage Ultimate and lots of little other things.

I'm hoping for around 480-500 rwhp with just the procharger and closer to around 600 rwhp with the NOS

The only dowside to the equation is the 12K+ I have spent so far but SGP has given me many breaks on pricing along the way

I own a water filtration company and I've been hustling like crazy trying to get this car paid for but all the hard work will be done when I go pick up my car from SGP this weekend.

I can't really say if it was worth it or not, but blowing away all those Cobra's and corvette's will be fun when I bring it back home.

Looking back the only thing I would have done differently from the start would be to build the engine first before boosting anything. I know it's expensive but when you grenade the engine with boost on stock internals there are/is a great likelyhood that you'll destroy the block as well like I did plus the valve train.

I have never seen one go higher than $20K yet but that was a huge buildup. Most full builds (top and bottom end) can be achieved for $12K or less. At a bare minimum, only bottom end with the cheapest parts, figure roughly $3K installed.

Huge engine buildups and turbo kits are out of my league for now. I gotta wait until I graduate. =)

$10,000 Greddy Kit installed + $12,000 Engine Build = Ouch!

It would probably be neccessary to have a second car to drive around too.

A lot of people here have no idea how much it costs to run that dream car. Figure roughly $12-14K as a minimum to go FI with a TT kit and accessories to get the most out of it. I think that will get you a safe 450rwhp or so. Anything beyond that should get an engine build.

No doubt. I am most definately a power man. But I got 19" wheels instead of saving for a TT kit. 2K versus 12k hmm.
