So was I, the 300 HP 06's weigh more, which cancels its extra HP out, + it has lower TQ!

Hahaha, you're talking miniscule differences between the two cars. If you think you'll notice the difference between and '05 and an '06 you're smoking something. Perhaps a professional racer could perceive a slight difference but that's about it.
