It's not faster than my 04 touring I'll guarantee you that.

 

I have an 6spd stock 05 base model with 2 amps and 2-12" subs, 20" thruxtons, raced an 6spd 04 enthusiast stock and beat him from a roll 3 times in a row by more than a car length each time and from a complete stop twice and same thing. Dont know if it was that he didn't know how to drive or what. All I know is that he asked what do I have mods wise I told him stock other than the wheels and system.

Their shouldn't be a difference though.

 

If you were thinking of buying a 06 just buy it. I have an 03 touring and if I could afford it I would get an 06 in a heart beat. Dont buy an 05 just because its .03 seconds quicker. Im pretty sure that your not going to be involved in a race everytime you get in your car.

hmmm i see... i like to get 06 but if not i will just go with 05
