No, walmart. And they melted when they were hanging from the sunvisor this summer. I have been scanning ebay for a duplicate pair (walmart dosen't carry them any more) let me know if you spot a pair.

BTW, watch your mouth, I didn't call you any names or say anything about your intelligence. When you send messages like that, you display your lack of class.

+1!

I've been to most all of those other sites (which will remain unnamed), and I can say, without a doubt, that my350z.com has the best people around, the best format for posting (pics, icons, etc.), the most knowledgeable members.

That's right. A while back, my first post as a newbie at an outside site (not sure if it's the same one as the one you're referring to) was met with the reply, "Who are you? Where did you come from?" and then a bunch of personal attacks.

Completely unnecessary.

Needless to say, I don't check that forum anymore.

What a nice "this forum is better than that forum" thread we have going.

There is a lot of information out there and most of the 350Z sites do a good job to promote sharing that info. I frequent 4 350Z sites as I'm able and find each has its own 'charm'.

My thoughts (which, of course, about next to worthless)...

my350z.com - definitely the largest and most trafficked site. Generally good content, but lots of useless BS, too. Admin can be a little heavy-handed at times.

350Z-Tech.com - IMO, the best site for information. Compared to the other sites, it's mid-sized, but you get a lot of bang for you buck. Definitely higher ratio of quality of members there. That's not to say there aren't great members here, but there tend to be more jerks here than there (guess that comes with having more members, tho)

350ZFrenzy.com - Great site, but smaller than the rest. Makes for a tight-knit community which is fun. Almost feels like a large Z club site rather than an internet forum. I like it because it has a large concentration of southeast members.

350Zmotoring.com - Not sure what to say about this site. I frequent it the least. Everytime I go there, I feel like I'm viewing a my350Z.com knock-off. Every now and then I pick up some good info that is not here yet tho.

If I had to choose only one site to visit, it would be, without a doubt 350Z-Tech.com. Fortunately, that is not a decision I have to make.

Only that doesn't work. This site blocks **ALL** links to that site. I know because I've attempted to link threads both way and it works over there to this site, but not vise versa.

I get that for free elsewhere

What happened to the monthly drawings here?

I'm all for the premier member program if it actually offers something "premier", but if it continues like it has I'll be dropping it on the next cycle.

I wouldn't be touting this as a big benefit of this site until you offer something worth the money you're asking for premier membership.

Are you referring to Tech? That's just BS. There is a specific section for new members and its not uncommon for many current members to greet new members the same day (often within the first few hours).

If someone was greeted poorly, it was probably by someone who doesn't frequent the site a lot.

It should be obvious, I still frequent here a lot, but the main reason Tech is my primary site (with this now my secondary) is because how friendly everyone is on that board. Unlike here, where you have a decent number of good people and a large number of douchebags. If it were possible someway to weedout the latter group, this would probably still be my primary 350z website.

Agreed. This is great site. I do enjoy.

Was member of 350Z Forum. I had a screen name that was very close to another member, the less than intelligent members kept responding to my posts as if were the other member. In short, they made a fool of themselves. The threatned to kill me. Then in a frenzy tried to delete the posts of the threats of violence. It appeared real, one member, a Government Employee, Veterans Admin used that office to track down my web address obtaining address and etc. Think he was admonished for his part. I filled a police report, remember Columbine. Anyone want to see the Montgomery County police report, be glad to share, along with copies of the forum exchanges.

Weird folks over there. One visit over there confirms.

Very well said. I frequent both sites (this one and the tech), and I find more valuable content at the tech. Don't get me wrong, my350z.com is great to kill time or read some wayyyy out there posts in the OT's, but there are simply too many post ****** here to keep any semblence of order. Every time I get interested in a thread, I can never find it again (w/o subscribing) due to the overflow of "content". Seems like no one searches and people just post for the hell of it. The Tech has actually removed all user post counts when the posts were made in the "Post *****" thread. Yes, we have one of those to quarantine the useless content from leaking into the rest of the site, unlike here.

Also, being sensored sucks. Here, they force "earmuffs" on us. I can't say ****, ****, ***, or any of the like. Not that I overuse those words, but once in a while, they are well placed and very appropriate. However, the tech doesn't sensor anything. If you're 14, you probably shouldn't be on a car forum anyways. Not like you'll be able to contribute much with such inexperience in general.

Oh well, guess I'll subscribe to this too.. not like I'll be able to find it again after I hit the reply button anyways..

Edit: We can say *** now?? I'm impressed! haha

Check the number of "*" in the masked URL, it wasn't your site he was referring to.
