HILLARIOUS AND CHEAP WAY TO ADD 11 hp!!!
so the amnt of air entering intake on a dyno affects the results. makes me wonder how accurate dyno measurements are cuz a fan in front of your car in no way approximates real world air flow.

Check out one of the comments!!!
A 8amp electric leaf blower could provide 1-2 lbs of boost and 300 CFM
with impellor and case modifications. All you need is a 1200 watt rms
power inverter to drive the electric leafblower and mount a switch
under the gas pedal to turn it on. Remember a leaf blower needs
modifications. The ones you buy at Home depot are meant for cfm and
not pressure, because of the impeller setup. But there is potential.

the large electric fan in front of your car has nothing to do with simulating real world conditions when it comes to pressurizing the intake; it's only there for air flow over the radiator. the leaf blowers can bring up outlet flow to 150 mph+ with no load, no way a big fan will do that.
