How about just the girls post in here from now on and the guys head on over to here.

Thanks for the concern and support folks.
I had 17ft of water in the house, 4" from the ceiling upstairs. Everything was nasty. Still getting a few things out. Meeting with the Wind adjuster tomorrow at 10am, my Flood policy maxed out at $117K, + $29k from mortgage co policy. I'm hoping to get my full Wind policy also, $142K. I'll be able to pay the house off and still have $260K to start a new. Going to look at a house tomorrow that's for sale by owner for $20K. Has to be gutted but the structure looked good. Same price I paid for my house 12 yrs ago.
I have to travel to Houston but can't go this weekend, the housesitter there has company. I will be in Mobile, AL area on Monday and do have to travel to Jena & Pineville, La next week. Where does everyone live? I'm on the road alot and don't mind a slight detour for meeting Z folks especially Zchickz.
Here's the last shot of me standing in front of the house on Friday before the storm.
Yes, I have learned thru experience to watch the photos I post on this site. Very young crowd that lacks the couth to be socially acceptable.
