I was at my local wheel shop two days ago to get a new tire for my girlfriend's car when I saw a 28" rim, and I asked the owner about it, he told me "We don't sell too many because the tires alone cost $2400 each." So I imagine the 30" are probably a few bills more... I guess, "A fool and his are soon departed."

That car has the factory intake plenum...
That car is also equipped with the JWT Twin Turbo Kit...
The filter is like the JWT POP CHARGER intake, but smaller and mounted at a different angle for the turbo kit...
Not sure why it doesnt have the strut bar on... It looks like they just didnt put it back on yet, there are a few wires in the way so you cant see the mounts, but they are there...

I assumed that since the Black cover was gone that the car had the higher flow Plenum.
Also did not realize that this is turbocharged.
