How about a 4 door, 4 cylinder, 1999 Honda Accord that was taking care of 350z's and G35's all day. This is my car now (I'm about to sell it and buy an '06 Z). I was beating Z's by about 3-4 cars, but I also had a 75 shot of nitrous running too. AND it is an automatic. Either way my "grocery getter" took care of business, so don't underestimate.

 

let them have durrr fun... they mean no harm..

 

Of course with a 75 shot, you "MIGHT" be able to take a bone stock Z off the line but I'd fly by you when your grocery getter realizes it wasn't meant for speeds exceeding 85mph, let's see that thing go above 130mph.

Do us a favor and stick with your Honda Accord. They are nice cars don't get me wrong, but why the hell would race it?

bull**** 4 cyclinder accord has like 150 horse plus 75 shot equals 225 in a 3000lb plus car!! you aren't taking care of any 350's unless they have terrible drivers

you have to tip the scale significantly toward the solara for it to be close

 

I thought that ythe write-up by the Solara driver was pretty cool. The driver was curious about the 350Z, at “testing” it. I’ll do the same on the street with a Cobra SVT. I don’t have a prayer against the Cobra, but the challenge can be done with sportsmanship.

 

ricers in there honda's lol the funny thing is there are plenty of hondas you call ricers that will hand it to your 350z my integra included but thats another story before the Z i would have 350z trying to race me i would always shake my head no but every once in awhile i would hand it to them. just take it as a good thing that some one want to compare your car to theres and if the are talking **** you know is not true......well.....let them have there glory you know the truth if in fact it is the truth?
