NIZL out of all the post your's seems to be the odd one out. It seems your dealer may have put you order in later than you think. Some people ordered in Febuary and have a number underneath yours.

The good news is that it probably has had no effect on when you get your car, but it does say something for sure about that dealer.

I ordered 1/15, but my dealer didn't fax his orders in until 2/20 to give people time to change their minds about color, etc. I'm #1627. I've been told I'm scheduled for a September delivery.

We'll see... if it's much later than mid-September I'm gonna be faxing hate-letters to everyone up the chain at this dealership on a daily basis.

Just got my package in the mail today. 
I am limited edition #5962 and ordered 5/16/02.
Talked to my dealer - sales manager today and was told that I should expect to see delivery in September and that probably in August that we be confirmed. He mentioned that if your in California you might expect to see your delivery in August.

Ordered in March, my number was 3749. There is obviously a correlation. I thought the "gift" was a little week. I guess I was hoping for the 0% financing for all pre-orders. Oh well!
Does anyone think the delivery dates might have more to do with the car you ordered (color, package etc) then the date you ordered? I would assume the factory would be tooled for a certain spec, then re-tooled for the next.
Any thoughts?
