I have used my seat belt for the first time yesterday cause it was raining like hell... (I know I should use it all the time) and I guess it does not retract consistently. I kind of lacks the "power" to roll the belt fully... I had my system installed a few days ago and I dont know if that is common or some wires block the belt.
