man i agree as well, i had a turbo supra before my Z and a 05 Gixxer 600. I would never sell my bike for upgrade parts even though i badly badly want to go back to F/I. Like most people are saying that TT kit wouldnt touch the speed that the bike has. If i can find it i will post up the video of the Busa absolutely SPANKING a TT Viper. Bikes and cars are kinda like comparing apples and oranges each provide a different thrill in my opinion

A TT Z is fun but nothing to a bike.

You must be kidding right?

You'll see nothing but my *** when I'm on my R1.

I love my Z, but there's nothing like being on a motorcycle that pumps your adrenalin...feeling that blood rush thru ur body as you twist and turn.

My suggestion...keep your Ducati.

If it was a 600 Gixxer, i'd get rid of that **** in a minute for FI. Who cares what's "faster".

If it was a Ducati.....No

Gixxer 600's are amazing bikes too....they're just cheaper and easier to find. It would still handle most cars all day long.

I agree, they're great bikes. But they're so easy to find like you said and so easy to recapture later on for less $. So i'd definately give one up for FI, but a Ducati? Both of us know thats a big no-no to give up hehe.

I ride trials motorcycles and was sponsord for a while and ride bikes all the time, to me having a street bike is the concept of racing my dirt bike and getting a ticket for jumping... you can not have fun on a bike withought speeding ... you get well above 100 in almost no time and it doesnt feel like your going fast. I will lose my licence. i dont have the control. THe tracks around here are 200 miles away. I love how r1 riders ect. tell me how they can beat me in a line. kinda the cocept of peope with v8's ect. this bike stops and turns better then any jap bike i have owned r1's ect. this bike hands down in the twisties ect i garunteee you on your r1 would either reck or be seeing my butt. the 999 is the fasted bike 0-100 and back to 0 does suposed to do it in 6 seconds. not with me riding it im shure but thats impressive.
