I always get lots of looks, i have highschool kids at the gas station asking me if i'm going to turbo it, people giving thumbs up on the road and i had a car full of girls take a picture and a different car threw a piece of paper with the girls name and number on it into my window at the light hahahah.
This girl i was with during the summer always wanted to go driving around in it and we talk every once in a while since she is away at college and she always asks how the "Z" is hah. I love this car, i get way more attention than i did in my modded bmw.

My wife gets all the attention in the Z. When I drive, all the ricers try to race. When she drives, all the Supras/RX-7's/VR-4's/350Z's/300ZX's and such want to race. I don't know though, maybe 'cause it's NoVA, Z's don't get as much attention because they're everywhere.

It's a beautiful car. Kids in their V6 Accords 'n Civics 'n such try to mess with me on the road. People all turn their heads while I'm driving down South Beach. It was funny, I stopped to let this family cross the street 'n I guess it was their son, but he had his arm around his g/f 'n practically broke his neck lookin' at my Z while walking past. I've gotten "This is such a CUTE car!" by a girl that drove it, but it's ok cause she's damn beautiful so I let that one slip. "n these girls in their Civic just yesterday was staring at the Z. I looked over 'n she got all embarrassed, it brought a smile to my face .

People always stare at it and one day at work I was walking around the lot with a client and he said "Is that for sale?" I said "No, that's actually my car." He says "Wow, how do you like your Porsche?!" I then explained that it's not a Porsche but I thought that was pretty funny, .

first G/Z & only G here:
-police have pulled me over when id done nothing wrong..(check me/my car out or look good on the side of the road, etc)
-several times in gas stations stopped w/ questions re: engine, cost, stick or auto (stick), etc
-nissan dealership owner asking what it was (lol)
-dealer owner's partner asking what it was (lolx2)
-positive reactions from both men and women, black and white, rich and poor
When I first got it, there was just a general sense of confusion. Most people had a "where on earth did that come from" look on their faces. A lot of people were afraid to ask questions, some were bold. some insulting.
All in all, its been a good ride though.
I think Nissan hit a two run home run with the Z/G

Best reactions so far:
1)I passed some little kid and his Dad in is father's delivery truck and the little kid just had this mesmerized smile when I drove by. Kind of reminded me of all the daydreaming I did back in the Matchbox days.
2) Some old guy at the gas station told me how it broke his heart when his (ex)wife made him sell his old 280Z and how he still remembers driving it. As a matter of fact I've heard several stories of wives forcing their husbands to buy a more "practical" car...

Haha, I got all of you guys beat. I don't have a Z though.
Lots of people stare at my car.....and I know what their thinking..."Rice, Pure Rice!"...
Some people, especially pick-up trucks just plain laugh and point at me..
Others just laugh and ask if I have a Hemi in it..
I had never nor remember getting a look saying, "Oh **** that's sick or nice car."
Hopefully that will change when I pick up a second year GTR.

I don't hardly get any reactions here in SoCal, Z's are so common out here. The only cars that get that kind of treatment are Ferarris and Bentleys.. I guess that's what i get for living in Orange County.
