hi jason...
it was 4 wheels that it was damaged on the lips...probably put it faced down on the ground when they took it off...
i spoke to someone in service...forget his name...
but anyways they he tried to convince me that it was there before even they worked on it...
well...he sold the wheels already..had it for 2 weeks and sold it for $1300 because it was damaged...

anyways...sorry to say this...but i'm scared to take my car there...because just like whats his name said...
"I also get my car serviced there and I think they wont mess with your car if you are a good customer" i don't want to be a bad customer...

Well, next time any of you bring a car anywhere... Have them check and WRITE DOWN any damage that is on your car before and any damage that IS NOT there...

When you leave, make sure you check everything again... If anything is different say something BEFORE You leave...

IF there is any little tiny little anything done to your car that is not NOTATED when your car is first written up, the service department WILL fix it...

We have replaced rims that have been scratched and actually scratched by us (which does happen ANYWHERE you go, not all the time, but things do happen)...

We have replaced rims that I saw were scratched when the car first came in, but the service advisor did not write down, so the guy got a new rim when it wasnt scratched by us simply because it wasnt written down...

is that not good customer service?
