You should check out http://www.performancenissanparts.com

They are roughly 35 minutes from the city of Orange, I have not been to them yet but I have heard positive things about them. I plan on taking my 06 to them soon.

^ I dont know about that. I bought my car from them and got all my parts installed there (except my HFC's) and they have been great. No trouble whatsoever. I also get my car serviced there and I think they wont mess with your car if you are a good customer.

+1. Installed my Nismo exhaust crooked and their service advisor refuse to make any adjustment saying it's not their fault. So I guess it's my fault taking my Z there for the install.

Performance Nissan are good guys..but as all delaerships go, the labor is a bit pricey.

For non-dealer work, I would only recommend Street Image in Baldwin Park (605 fwy, east on the 10, exit Baldwin Park)

Anyway, as far as OC goes, Dr Z has had a long standing good rep!

Cheers, Ted

Any web site, info, for Dr. Z in Huntington Beach? Did a google search and found nothing. I live in OC too and I'm looking for someone good as well. Dissapointing to hear about performancenissan, makes me scared to even order something from them.

Their parts department is excellent, their service department however can be hit or miss, just like many Nissan service departments...

Its called ALT-Z off Warner and Gothard. The Dr's name is Tony, a Phillipino man. They are really professional, NOT a kiddie shop with high school/college kids doing the work. They are kind of pricey from what Ive heard, but quality work for the job.

Address: 17082 Palmdale Street Suite B, Huntington Beach, CA 92647

Isnt XS Engineering in Huntington Beach also? I suggest you take your Z there but the problem is I don't think they work with that many Z's in general. I went over there to check it out and all I saw were some Supra's, RX-7's, GT-R's, and Evo's. But give them a try if you want I am sure they can do something for you.

XS is geared more towards turbo tuning. Stillen is baller pricing. Alt z is prob cheaper and only focused on Z's.

Style JDM:

Who is this customer, did they bring it to anyones attention before they left our dealer? How were they dammaged... The Dealership stands behind their work 100% and if they damage something they replace it... We have a few sets of volks that were replaced for customers, some of them I know most likely were not caused by them, but they replaced them anyway!

FairladyZX:

When was the exhaust installed? Was it a new purchased exhaust? Was it installed first and then you took the car and then brought it back? There isnt really any adjustments that can be made when installing the NISMO Exhaust since the rear muffler is a single piece... if the part is defective you have to bring it to the attention of the parts department and we can figure it out for you...

All of the cituations above I have not heard about, If they are not brought to myself, Tony, Andy, Eddie, or Jeff... we can not fix them for you!
