There is NOTHING that can stop somebody from smashing your windows. I was worried that somebody would try to steal my car (I keep NOTHING expensive in it) so I purchased the pedal jack: http://www.autosportcatalog.com/inde...cid/86/sc/2737

Sure folks won’t be able to start the car w/o the key but the seeing the pedal jack will hopefully serve as a VISUAL deterrent. Plus it would slow somebody down if they actually tied to steal your car.
