Rear brake light lens.
Got out of my Z yesterday and noticed two small cracks on my left rear brake light lens. The lens wasn't hit, and they looked like stress cracks. Today they were bigger. Went to my dealer and they took my mileage reading (5300 miles) and started a warranty replacement report. So I'll wait for a new replacement. Has anyone experienced this? I noticed that there is no rubber gasket around the lens to absorb any shocks or body stress.

ive never seen one of those crack like that for warranty replacement...
weird...
did you use any kinds of cleaners near it? i know there are some cleaners that if you spray on the headlamps will give your headlamps a shattered look... and really does shatter the lens!

No Jason, I drive on a rough road to work every day. It might be the jogging on the road that caused it. The service Dept. believed it was stress cracks. I bring the Z to the Laser wash every Fri. Plan to get a good cleaning and wax job soon by Pros. When I get a new lens, will see if this happens again.
