The 350Z police..Repost? Could be..
Monterey Park, CA had a 350Z police car as well. Those cars are impounded from drug dealers and their money was used to mod the car. Monterey Park actually uses the 350Z on some patrol, but for the most part, its a show car for events like DARE and other things, mostly to spark kids interest and help lead them down a line of a crime-free life.

Neat! Even if it is a repost, I never saw it, so its new to me!
As for the STi car, I think its just a WRX. The spoiler is the stock WRX spoiler, there is no pink "STi" on the front grill, and the head lights are the old style, before the STi even hit North America. The STi came out when they remodled the front grill. Its probally an '03 WRX.

No, that's an STi...Larger front Intake, and raised rear wing. The Sti came out in the Bug Eye models too.
