The military affidavit is basically a car affidavit allowing you to only pay 20 bucks for your TAGS. I dont know if its the same everywhere but it is here in oklahoma. Your command should have it.

Not really. Dealers here are still doing mark-ups. Not as much as when the Z first came out($5,000+), but there are still mark-ups($2,000+). Eventho, I still see more and more Zs on the streets of LA. I am not a rich guy, so I think I will shop around and most likely deal down at SD where my GF lives.And because I think SD people are nicer than LA people.
