Sorry, I forget who, but someone mentioned this first so I don't want all the credit. But I figured the whole riddle out and J was right this is a pre-production car in C&D.
C&D posted the pictures of the track Z given to them by Nissan, so they had to write the article as if that was what they had. The didn't post any of their own pictures B/C their car was not in any shape to be photographed. This might have been a test mule thus explaining the phoney weight and poor skidpad showing.
