It takes a while before it hits your mailbox...

I usually get mine 4 weeks after they say it is mailed. One time I had to request another copy because I didn't get it at all....

USPS drives me nuts

Also, Santa traffic is always a killer. The Winter 2005/2006 issue is our sixth winter (Santa traffic) issue and there is absolutely nothing more I can do. I rant and rave (nicely) to the Fort Worth Postal Service and the fall 05 issue was delivered quicker than any before; I'm thinking hallelujah. The jury is still out on this issue.

Don't dispair. Many of my "plants" around the country have reported touchdown. It's worth the wait. BTW, I changed the paper stock this issue and the feel is even better than before and the color is more vivid. Esthetically, it's nearly perfect.

Merry Christmas,

Bob

If it wasn't interesting and exciting we wouldn't care ... so which is/would be the bigger problem - having a magazine that wasn't wanted or having one that was delivered too slow.

Thanks you for caring Paul350Z. Pleeze don't "unwant" us. Can I say that?

We are in selected Barnes & Noble, very select. If you happen to be in a BN and see it on the shelf, pick it up and check out. However, SZM is not heavily stocked and they could be hard to find.

With expensive gas and little free time, come to us. http://sportzmagazine.com/Z_Order.htm
Back issues usually go out in two days and are delivered first class.

Do you distribute to other places as well? I got my first issue at a liqour store in Fremont, CA!

+1 on the back issues. I ordered a back issue a few months ago and got it the same week! BTW, the customer service was excellent when my subscription issue went missing that one time. I forgot who helped me but she got one sent out to me within a couple of days.

Keep up the good work!

Hastings book stores and Books A Million. Our central distributor determines what stores gets/want the magazine and the stores determine the quantity. We are in our distribution infancy (two years) and the selected book stores are few and far between unfortunately. http://sportzmagazine.com/Z_Order.htm is the best way to go IMHO.

Thank you for that feedback, we try very hard to resolve "issues" immediately. You probably talked to our circulation maven Lita. Lita is Art's mom and a real delight.

Keep up the good work![QUOTE]

Will do.

We've received a lot of internet orders today, but none from Canada. Did you order by phone?

BTW, I solved the Canadian mailing problem about 2 years ago. Your issue COULD arrive before many US subscribers.
