All these mods listed above are great and all.. But they aren't worth a **** without a ECU flash and tune...

No such thing as a ECU flash AND tune...unless you use a piggypack...

I am holding off on the flash since if you install the Utec you can modify all the fuel maps that way.

Not necessarily. I have seen a few examples of stock ECU well modded Z's where their ECU's adjusted and their A/F's were fine. In most cases though with nearly all th ebolt-ons you will be lean.
