What the hell? Why is it telling me that? It's only got 168 miles... Any help here?

Take it back to the dealer and let them figure it out, shouldn't cost you anything but your time.

Did you get gas recently......if you did and the gas cap was not closed tight it will trigger that. If that is it it will go off after a short while.

i had the same problem except mine came on at about 900 miles. what nissan said it was a throttle assembly relay. code P2103. they fixed it and no problems ever since that. but also check your gas cap too, make sure it clicks at least 3 times.
