question for buying a 06350z?
i want to buy a 06 350Z grand touring on March. i live in LA. Do u guys konw which dealer is better? Do I need to order now? what's the good prcie OUT OF DOOR i can get? thank u!
You need to go to WWW.Edmunds.com and it will tell you what they paid for it versus sticket price. You can build what type of car you want for this. Then I would offer "no more" than $500 over invoice total, maybe less (including detailing and advertising). First of all get a quote from a dealer out of town over the internet. When you get the E-mail from them tell them thanks, but since you E-mailed them you got back another offer for $500 over invoice. This with no hidden charges. They will then offer you the same or better. Then you take this and use it with the next dealer away from you until you get to a dealer real close to you. It works for me everytime and saves you money. Make sure you tell them the invoice price of the car you want so they know they can't play you. You can find the E-Mail dealers at www.Nissanusa.com. GOOD LUCK. PS don't listen to sob stories they still make a killing on other people.
i suggest going to performance nissan in durte, its a great dealership, ive done business with them many of times and continue to send friends there for cars/trucks...if you talk to one of the internet sales persons, just for metioning it you automaticly get $500 below invoice value, than from there you could even haggle with them more, they happen to get there invoice value from kbb.com.. you'll save a lot in the end, they are very very mod friendly and are willing to do just about anything, if you wanted i could give you some names of the guys to talk to who can set you up with a good deal or even if you wanted i could meet you down there (i live preaty close by) i mean i dont know if your up for that but ya dont worry i got a gf haha jk well anyways just pm me if you have any questions or anything and if i dont hear from ya, best of luck with your z
Contact Jason at Performance Nissan. He is a regular on here & has helped lots of folks. I don't know if he can get you the best deal but at least see what he his employer can do.
My Grand Touring was 38.4k OTD. I live a little father north in Fresno. The Grand Touring has about everything on it. Floor mats, side air bags and navigation were about the only extras. In CA you can take the best price and add 10% for tax and license to get your OTD. I figure if you can get the car for about the MSRP you have done OK. Mine was about 34k? + $600 (over invoice) + air bags and things = 34.8k x 10% = 38.4k OTD.
Yahoo auto will give you the invoice price for a model. It used to do the accessories too but not now. I looked at the other cars too but really didn't want a convertible (slight of hair) which brought it down to a Cayman (Boxster coupe), G35 MT6, Corvette. The Z seemed to me to be the best for the bucks and reliability. I go by what Consumer Reports says too. I subscribe to CR online.
