Read the manual, Stealers are so dumb that most dont even know their own rules. This is from the Warranty Booklet,
"Nissan recommends that you retain all receipts
covering maintenance on your vehicle, but Nissan cannot
deny warranty solely for the lack of receipts or for your
failure to ensure the performance of all scheduled maintenance.
You are responsible for presenting your vehicle to a Nissan
dealer as soon as a problem exists. The warranty repairs
should be completed in a reasonable amount of time, not
to exceed 30 days."
Basically dont take crap from them, and you shouldnt have to drive miles away to find another dealer unless you know you really ****ed up.

Hmmm all this doesn't sound right. I have never taken my car to Nissan for service. 30,000km on it now. So if I do, they are going to try to tell me that I voided my warrenty??? Thats a bunch of BS. How do they know you didn't service it at 10k?????? Oh well my Vortech has already voided it for me HAHAHA

We'll maybe I should rephrase this a bit. It's nice to hear a story about a case where a Dealer took care of it's customer instead of the "I got scerewd!" Dealerships as a whole has taken care of me however, there have been a couple trips lately that they tried to sell be something I didn't need. Those upset me the most. $500 estimate of repairs and when you fix it yourself and find what is really wrong is nothing like they say. Then to find out it only would cost like $130-140 to fix what was truely wrong using their rates ($30 part and labor).
You begin to realize dealerships are fishing for work that is not needed only to justify a price. Lots of stories in the newspaper, on TV and online these days.
That really makes me mad and you really can't do anything about it unless you take it somewhere else, have them estimate, go back pay the higher price and then go to court. Who wants to do that? Life is too short !!!
