Talking Traded in my Z: I'm not planning on going any where...

Well, the day has come. I made a very tough decision and traded in my 2003 350Z Performance Model. But dont worry, I'm staying with Performance NISSAN and will still be on this board alot.

It was a very tough decision. I love my 350Z and still do, I always will. I did not sell my Z because of it being a hard car to modify. I did not sell my Z because I didnt like it. I plan on purchasing another 350Z in the future. Once I have the I would definatly purchase another Z33...

I still have new modifications in mind to try, I will test them on new Z's from our lot, one of our customer cars, or our other employee cars.

My new ride is a 1996 240SX SE. I have big plans for it, but for now, it will remain as is. I couldnt pass this car up...

One of the things that made this all worth while... I can use a NISMO Design key

oh yeah, gotta swap it to a Manual as soon as I decide on the type of motor im going to swap...

Oh, well, I guess it's ok as long as you stick around the boards and keep giving us all good advice.

Nice 240 - can't wait to see what you do to it.

Thumbs up

Nice pick up Jason! I had a 96' 240sx myself.
It's a great car; never once had a problem with mine.
I can't wait to see what you have planned for it. GL!

April fools' joke in Jan.??? I understand the big drift following of this car but there's no way that you had to sell the Z to afford this...did you? It's 10yrs. old...and AT. Good luck with the mods though, this car will look and perform bada**.

Im not going to get into the finacial mess that was my Z... but, Basicly, im just paying off what I was upside down on the Z that carried over from the last car I had before the Z...

So, im hoping to get rid of this debt im dragging around, then ill be a happier person

I understand the whole "upside down" thing. I was the same before the Z, now I'm straight. The burden does suck. How many miles on the motor of the new whip, and what are the stock specs.? BTW that is the cleanest looking 240 I've ever seen and I noticed it was an SE. Are you going to toss all of those nice options when you mod? How extreme are you going?
