I hope Nissan does not get like Mazda. Almost every year Mazda has a "special edition" Miata. Nothing special over my regular Miata, except color and overpriced. My "special edition" 350z at least had more horsepower and when I bought it was marked down to 33K, well at least until the 06 came out

i could be wrong but fairlady is what the 350z is called in jdm, i believe they changed it to 350z elsewhere, i think it had to do w/ marketing, but i am not sure, i dont think there is any performance diff or cosmetic diff, except emblems
