I've done all my work on my Z til my crank pulley. Never installed one, wasn't sure I wanted to try it out on my Z. So, had it done by CarV2 and they did a great job. Took there time, and installed it right. Car is running good. Great mod. KJR Crank pulley! Wanted to put there name out there for any other Z owner that needed sum work done. CarV2 great place to go to. Talk to Jay. He knows his $hit.......

 

James, Jay, and Rudy at Carv2 are the best. They have done plenty of work on my 350Z and my 300zx and their customer service and care given to my Z's was unmatched.

I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Yo man I think I met you before in Newark around UofD. You were cruisin with an Accord V6, a VR4 and a black Z roadster. I drive a chrome silver Z. We raced a few times and were pretty much dead even from a roll. Just seein if you're who I think you are.

 

Yea thats me. I remember you. Got a lot more work done to my car now. I like how you say we were dead even from a roll. But we know what happened from a dead stop. Wasn't near close to even, with my bald tires. But of course u wouldn't want to mention that part.

 

yeah well i forgot to add that 3 days after those races my tranny blew. That whole night I was grinding in every gear... not to make excuses, but my Z wasn't exactly running at 100%. What mods you have now? My new ones are in my sig, but my car is sitting uninsured til spring. Hopefully I will be FI by then, then maybe we can have another go at it

 

Yea, I think I heard that ur tranny went. As, so did mine. Typical Z issue. I don't think me takin you off the line was cuz of ur tranny. Just me being a better launcher. Cause I got u right off the line. Also, ur car was runnin good off a roll. No, complainin there about the tranny tho. I hate when people have to make all excuses for losing. Plus, not once did you mention u were missing or grinding gears, after the race. I would think that would be the first excuse to tell sumone after losing. NO? U actually admitted to me being a better launcher then and there. It's ok. I'll give another shot. I have everything you have plus, a lil more. Nothing major. Goin Turbonetics probably this summer. Well Im not usually one to make excuses... hell I dont drive an srt4 or anything, but someone actin arrogant over a race tends to bother me. I think you tend to exaggerate a little too much. Like when we talked about each others kills at PizzaU, you mentioned that either you or your buddy with the auto actually beat that red srt, the same one that smoked me from a roll. Not exactly callin BS on you, but I find it hard to believe. When my car is insured I will contact you to setup a rematch to see who gets the braggin rights..

I'm the one that beat it. He gets me off a roll 2. But I get him off the line. Ur not a very good launcher urself. I took you with Bald tires. Thats pretty bad. Srt-4 are known to be faster off a roll. So, that was pointless. They don't hook up 2 good, unless they have drags. Fact is U and I raced from a dig and i beat u easy, with same mods. I had intake and exhaust as well as you. Except I had bald tires. Still with them being bald I raced you and beat you. Dude U know it happened like that, not once twice!

 

You turned this whole thread into a celebration of your driving skills... congrats you beat me off a launch twice, but it is total BS that you beat the srt4 under ANY conditions. You must be talkin about a different one, cause that guy utterly destroyed me off multiple rolls. Yeah srt4s are better at rolls and weak at launches, but that car is FAST, no way do I belive a Z with intake and exhaust could pull on THAT guy. Sh*t the guy put like 4 cars on me from 30-100. And the other cars you named seemed a little sketchy too. Like I said, we can arrange another race, and I;ll promise your competitoin will be more of a challenge.

 

He beat you by 4 cars? Off a roll which he beats me. I beat you like 4 cars off a line. Which Z are betta than Srt-4 at. Doesn't matter anyway. You can ask him yourself if I bet him this past summer. I haven't raced him lately tho. He got upgraded turbo, upgraded intercooler, etc.....pushing a lot more power. I would be wasting gas if I tried. Thing is fast.
