Does anyone know why the Grand Touring Roadster didn't get the 18/19 Rays like the Grand Touring Coupe?

Can anyone speculate as to why the Grand Touring Roadster didn't get the 18/19 Rays like the Grand Touring Coupe?

Was it a $ thing?

He was asking why the GT Roadster did not get the Rays wheels like the GT Coupe. I'm not sure what the reasoning behind that decision was.
