I have a turn just like that on my way home from work everyday. But my main problem is if you are in the inside lane, the people on the outside lane does not not want to make that wide sweeping turn so they cut half way into your lane when they make the turn.

Dony worry, some dumb @ss M|_|ther Trucker hit me on 1-26-06 on my door & quarter panel. He was speeding and there was no witnesses. Cops gave me a ticket for changing lanes, and I have a $500 deductable and I want the back quarter panel replaced, not NO BONDO job.
Going to cost $3000, and I will have to pay for the quarter panel myself.

Man, good luck bro, I was in the same situation the first week I got my Z. Some guy backed into me but he said I rear ended him. It was never resolved so I ended up paying for the damages on my car. Good luck!

Edit: Remember it's only a car, and if your like me I'm a firm believer of Karma.

Get that fixed asap and get your exhaust on!
I see that all time. In my experience, its usually women because they have a horrible innate sense of geometry.

Anyways, I drive a junker 94 Camry which is tough as ***** because I drive that thing like 30+mph offroad and beat the crap out of it. If someone drove into my lane and it was totally their fault, I wouldn't even hesitate to play bumper cars with them.

My next vehicle will most likely be a 07-09 Jeep Wrangler or a 06+ 4Runner. I will be sure to swap out the plastic bumpers for steel offroad bumpers with skid plates. Now I'm really gonna have some fun with bumper cars. You hit me, you lose. Period. Your car is gonna get wrecked by my 35"in tires and steel ARMOR!

LOL.

Sorry that it happened to you But at least you'll be hearing a sweet sound from your exhaust after everything is done, right?
Get a big SUV. Sometimes people need to be taught the hardway. 4500+lbs of steel is a good lesson.

UPDATE 1/25/06

Much anticipated wait has FINALLY arrived.

I got the word from my adjuster that it's official that the other driver/adjuster is accepting all liability for the accident.

Honesty and Justice do exist.

I think insurance goes like this...

For guys, insurance rates will tend to be higher because they drive more aggressively.

For girls, insurance rates should also be higher because they HAVE NO CLUE WTF THEY ARE DOING...(ie. don't know how to drive).

Lack of competence is as much of a problem as aggressive driving.

Good as new. I was worried about the paint match but Nissan paint shop did an excellent job.
It was nothing more than cosmetic damages. No damages on the drivetrain/Axle.

Thats a good job! Did they need to replace the drivers side rear fender, or was it able to just be repainted?
