Default My clutch stinks... AGAIN!

Alright, what the hell? After driving my Z for only 7,000 km, the clutch died. It stank fairly often (to some extent, nearly all the time), though i have no idea why. Sometimes, i did push the car fairly hard, but overall, i didn't drive it all that harshly. IMO, not nearly harshly to kill the clutch after 7,000km (28,000km total). So i had to shell out $1500 for the JWT combo. The setup is amazing but now, it stinks again! And guess what, i'm not even doing anything! I was taking it real easy on the highway, got off, parked and pulled down the window. EW! So yea, what the hell? What's going on here? Because the way things are going, i'm gonna have to shell out $1500 again real soon!

You're riding the clutch, get off the DAMN clutch, and save yourself some money.

I don't ride the clutch. I don't dump it. I don't race. I don't rest my foot on it. I revmatch. I take 2-3 sec tops to shift. I put it in neutral when i stop.

Did you have the car inspected before you purchased it? Did you take it ot the mechanic every time it smelled to make sure there was no trouble? Can't let things like this slide yo.

Ok serious now. By saying everything above you still havent proved that you dont ride the clutch, im not saying you're bad or anything just trying to help. Have you owned a stick car before? By putting the JWT combo in, you might not have necessarily solved your problem, the JWT is a much tougher combination and an awesome one at that, ill be upgrading in the near future, however if you havent learned to master the factory clutch and get a feel of it, theres no way you're going to go into driving with a JWT combo and be any better. Have a mechanic check the car out, or another friend drive the car, its that simple, if the same problem occurw vuala, you know the problem if not, vuala again, you're riding the clutch. Oh and another thing, not that it matters, but how old are you?

I haven't the faintest idea. 37,000 miles and an envelope filled with time slips. My clutch is fine (knock on wood).

Sometimes when you go to a heavier pressure plate you need to adjust the pedal, but considering that you burnt the stock one so quick, its most likely driving habits.
