Is Tcs really all that important ?
Yeah I agree with the TCS off theory but ONLY and ONLY after you really study and get a feel for your car on what it does under extreme situations take her out in a parking lot (preferably empty) and whip her around see how she likes it. Good luck and stay safe...

Turn off might be fine for experienced drivers but 90% of the people ownibg Zs, imo, do not qualify.

"DISCLAIMER: I take no responsibility if you turn off TCS and crash...
I played around in parking lots, wet and dry, for about a week with TCS off before I drove that way on the highways and by-ways..."
the Z is my first sports car, and I treat it with respect... I also treat my life and limbs as prime commodity and would not put it into harms way unnecessarily....
I also paid 2k more for my wife's 05 accord just so that I could get the version with TCS because it makes sense... I work in healthcare and I've seen enough trauma in the ER to know that speed and inexperience kills....
Drive safely...

It’s fascinating the number of people that seems to think the TCS system will be of any help steering the car. It only reduces the amount of wheel spin, nothing else. That’s it.
So it basically lifts some throttle should you get too happy with the gas pedal. Do that mid corner and you will get… over steer, often followed by a spinout apparently…
VDC will help with steering the car, provided you point the wheel in the direction you want to go.
Laws of physics always apply regardless. If you drive like an idiot, you will crash…

I really hate having to turn off the TCS everytime I start my car. And I really can't forget to turn it off, my car is so agressive, TCS kicks in the moment I drive a little sporty.
So I'm looking at this Traction Control Module. Anyone have experience with it ?
Thanks

You know my take on this one man.....New driver...you should get TCS/VDC, even if you have to get a one or two year old car to get it...It only has to save your bacon once to be worth it....think about that.
