Nissan dealer gave me used parts?
Definitely used. Demand your money back. Threaten to go to the BBB say that they are selling used parts. (Worth a shot).
My god..you can see dirt and grease on the parts that say NISMO. Told ya you should have gone with Hawks.

oh yeah tell em that you are going to tell eveyone in the ecza not to get anything from them if they don't make things right, along with the BBB and NNA
Always, Always, check parts at the store, so stuff like this doesn't happen. Open the boxes at the counter.

He drives a damn BMW 6er to work everyday (-_-) which is pretty disappointing because imo if I own the nissan dealer i want to drive a nissan to work ... the best car nissan makes is the Z so ... eh~?
Yeah its a b!tch... but im sure he'll fix it for me...
and yes i do have my receipt
this one fat **** is just a **** sucker to deal with tho... like he is mad mean!
like i went in and said "ummm these look used and everything is all scratchde up and stuff" .. he looked at me like im f*cking high or something... and just b!tching lol...
Devon Nissan is cool, but Ardmore is a couple miles shorter distance...

Why do you think they would be used?
but 7/16th of an inch thick for Fronts
and 5/16th of an inch thick for rears...
these are pad thickness not including the top "hat" part...

i had a problem cuz i thought 1 bracket was missing from the rear pads
but i learned later that the rears only need 1 bracket...
i'd rather save my PMS b!tching rampage for some thing other than some damn nismo brakepads

for me its kinda hard to tell. im not sure i can say one way or the other from the pics because when i bought mine the yellow nismo stamp was all faded and the top actually looked like those somewhat. but i dont remember what the actual pad part looked like. it looks like there is orange overspray on the ends of the pad. if you can determine the thickness is normal i wouldnt worry about the looks of the pads.

the packaging sucked
Are they really used? They do not look it to me. You would think if they were used they would be covered in a little dust, or at least would leave a fair amount of brake dust on you hands.

...i think the 2 black dots on the back of rear pads (smaller ones)
were supposed to be there ...?
!! performance nissan ppl why dont u guys chime in !!
I don't know. They definately look beat up, but I don't know about used. If theywere used, it wasn't for very long. The worst that happens is you get the shaft and you are stuck with slightly used pads. Just don't go back there.

i personally dont see any usage (even from my most mechanically declined perspective)
and sure they might be mounted but that won't affect performance by any mean...
i am currently not PMSing enough...

I'll give you $50 dollars for them.
JVantastiq, the pads are fine. Its not entirely uncommon for brand new pads to be dirty. I've purchased probably 20 sets of pads in the last two year so I've seen my share of scabby pads. Use a little degreaser on the orange part and they will look like new.
