Odds are someone who works in the dealership replaced his used ones with the news ones in the box... you got ripped... take them back

Looks definately used but even it they deny this, keep taking it up the chain of command (up to NNA) untill you find someone with common sense. And if they still deny it, just tell them you don't want it anymore. Don't they have a return policy?

 

they "look" used is kind of weak and they can easily say "i dont think so..."
any particular reason that they look used?
any thing that will provide hard on evidence?

 

Be very nice about it....asked for your money back! You still have your receipt?? Then go elsewhere.

The "Nismo" is all scracthed up, the ear and tear around the pads....

Also, if you can't tell in person, it's pretty damng hard for us with those pics.

 

lol... i dont know what im doing lol cuz i never really ordered brake pads before ...

but then when i opened the box i see this package being fishy cuz i thought one of the brackets was missing from the rear pads (but im wrong lol only 1 bracket for 2 calipers...)
then i showed it to pat (ecza pres) and he immediately said "did u order used pads..."
then i showed the pic to myv6 and i began making my post here lol...

even if theyre not used they dont look in "brand new" condition somehow

if they give you any BS over returning just got over that guys head to someone who will treat you right.
