I went with my wife to the Nissan dealership to day to look at new Frontiers and Titans and saw an '06 Interlagos Fire sitting there all nice and pretty, and now I can't get it out of my head.

Help me people, I feel weak in the knees, and have entertained thoughts of trading in my '05 Chrome Silver...

Think about how much money you're gonna lose in the trade in. Definately not worth it. Get some aftermarket parts for the 05

I like the titan as well, but do you have a need for a truck? I would only think about trading in the Z for a truck if I had a job that was kinda necessary to have one. But, to each his own. Do what makes you happy. We won't hate you for it.

 

Uh...I think you missed the point of his post. He's thinking of trading his '05 CS 350Z for an '06 IF 350Z.


Anyway...

If you really like the '06, go for it! They'll probably give you a really good deal if you buy a Z and a Titan! LOL

When the 07 comes out you'll want that. When will it end? I think you should be happy with the Z you do have. It's already better than 99% of the cars out there

 

not to hijack a thread but I ended up buying a Z because a Nissan Dealer had one displayed for months on it's lot entrance... everytime I drived through the taco bell and waited for my order, this Z kept staring at me....

Could not get it out of my head, so I found one I liked.... (I understand how it feels like)

Moral of the story.... if you're trading in an old sedan for a Z... go for it...

05Z for a 06Z? hard to justify in my book... 350z for a 450z... hellya...

If you do buy, sell it yourself and not to the stealership...

 

I have a better idea ... don't trade, you'll lose too much, just buy it for your wife. You get the bonus points and get to drive it too.
