the green stuff arroound the radiator cap would be coolant (probably spilled from them), liek others have said aluminum doesnt rust,
most of those quick lube shops employ highschool types with no certs. for minimum wages, who dont have a personal intrest in your car.
some of the worst offenders are the ones that are jumping on the bandwagen for roadside sign holding advertising (Bums, furniture stores, car dealers, now lube shops.. whats next???
