take it to a dealer they should fix that under warranty

04 is not that old, it shouldn't be rusting. Don't pay that yahoo to fix your radiator, take it to the dealership and they'll fix it under warranty. BTW that green stuff is coolant and it's supposed to be there and also contains rust inhibitors.

you may need a new radiator ...but first take the car to a REAL mechanic not a LUBRICANT SPECIALIST (guy that only changes oil)
