Default my fisrt impressions of driving my new 350Z

Wow, this car gets better everytime i drive it. I was concerned with performance prior to getting it and just 1st day I got it. Everytime i get behind the wheel now, it seems it brakes, accelerates, and handles better and better.

Like many 350Z owners, I ordered my Z without being able to test drive it. It is like going bar hopping, getting drunk, and waking up next to someone in bed. You roll over fearing what you took home but in this case, i got the beauty queen that exceeds my best hopes.

I trying my best to keep those rpm's under 4K and i only got 200 miles on it. i am affraid I put it about 80% throttle one time and push up close to 5K (ouch). No lecture needed, i know i made a mistake.

I am dreaming of a TT or SC but it seems pretty nice as is!

Why would you be concerned with the performance.Lots of power and torque,0-60 in 5.4, and a top end of nearly 160mph all for less than 30K.Sounds good to me.

Power is addictive, you always want more.

Enjoy the Z, it gets better and better. You really don't see the whole ability of the car until you floor it and let the revs build. The linear pedal can fool you, but the last bit of travel really counts.

Default trying

I am trying to control myself but it is hard. I wil be excited to finally be able to pull it to 6500rpm. I am getting new wheels and tire, thinking of Toyo TS1's and with 275/35-18 fts and 295/35-18 rears, it might just be a lot better handling.
