G35c is classified as an entry level luxury sports-coupe??
G's interior is alot more luxurious, soft and poshy. The Z's is a little more spartan but I love the design.
I'm not trying to be gung-ho but I hate hearing "luxury" and "Z" in the same sentence.
BTW: You guys know what's a trip though?!? Those new Honda Accords, with the leather trim are more luxurious and comfy than a G35 nowadays. I sat in my friend's new Accord and was quite surprised.

having own both cars...the G is definitely more luxurious than the Z, but that is why i switched to the Z, for a sportier look and ride...but now owning a Z, i kinda want to go back to a Z....lol...yes i'm wishy washy...
but the reasons why the G is more luxurious is:
seats much more comfortable
interior is more classy looking, imo
ride is much smoother, more quiet
much more room
but then again, it's obvious that it should be this way since its not a 2 seat sports car...

I agree with the statement above.
My Brother in law has one that we were detailing this past weekend. Really nice for the $'S. Save 10K and get a Honda Accord LE V6 with leather. Really nice if you need four seats. If I needed four seats that would be the way I would go.
However, I only need two and my 350Z is cheaper and faster.
He wishes he had my car. I like his car a lot. Would I trade? Heck no !!!
After looking at the G35 for over a year I assumed the insurance would be 1/2 what the 350Z would cost to insure. When I found out it wasn't that much cheaper and I could save 8K on the car..... I said,"Where's my checkbook? I'm buying a Z to replace the old car!"
BTW - Here's a picture of the old car 18 months after I bought my 350Z. I had the hardest time getting rid of her. She still ran great.... just a bit dated that's all.

With the G you also get better service (a luxury item) like loaner, longer warranty, roadside assistance, leather as standard, etc the list goes on and on and on and on......

1. You mean that grandfather anoalog clock? No thanks.
2. I dislike where the nav is in the G and how it pops up and down.
And you are right, it is all about taste. When I test drove the G coupe, it was a frost leather interior and it looked old-manish and cheap IMHO. But when I saw my friend's G35 sedan with black decked out leather it looked amazing! So it's down to tastes.

Again, you're right. It's personal prefrence. There is nothing wrong of owning a Z and defend for it. Be proud of it. BUT, in my opinion, i still like the interior of G35.

Which part of my post said that I disputed the G as not being more "luxo"?
And if you want to play at that game. The G35coupe is slower then the Z. But a lot of G35 coupe owners says it is the same. But the G35coupe is slower... Cause it is... FACT!
You see what I mean? Sometimes when it is a fact, people still can have different opinions and discuss it. Example, some people think wood paneling in a car is luxo, while I think it's sacrilege to put wood paneling in my car. So what some person think is "luxo", I think it's gross.
