Right now with the 350Z in storage, My 2000 jetta winter beater and house insurance is only $115cdn a month.

Basically, before I bought the 350Z I called my insurance to ask them how much the price would go up, they told me about $15 a month.

So I have no idea what is going on with you. I'm with State Farm BTW.
Like I said in my previous post. What you do when you are younger will come back to bite you.

I've gotten a lot of tickets and been in a few accidents. Obviously that's not helping me much.

In Northern CA here. 37 years old and I was quoted for full coverage at $126 a month with a $500 deductable.

No tickets at all in at least last 4 years and no major anythings ever.

State Farm just quoted me $79/mo for full coverage incl. rental. 27 years old; clean record. Been with them for 7 years (and they've always been the cheapest for me)

Hey buddy, where in Ottawa are you at?
We've got a good G and Z crew here...

Give Bel-Air Direct a call...
They gave me a great quote for my G.

Cheers,
Louis

Hey Louis, I'm from Gatineau. I'm also with Belair Direct. When I called yesterday the insurance agent, told me he was so surprised by the quote he had to go back and check it again. He told me to check back next year, some of my accidents might be off my record.

Okay zul8r, you just won the award for the highest insurance rate. I was upset about $416 CAD/month ($5000 CAD/year), but not after seeing your rate.

geico about $970 every 6 months. Had one accident 60% at fault even though the other guy was going 60 mph down a 30mph zone drunk. Even admitted to have just leaving a bar and having 5 beers

I get 60% at fault because I was making a left turn. Guy was far down the road, but I guess he just continued going 60 till the very last second.
