at the end of the day a cobalt ss is still a cobalt...
now the z has heritage and a stock engine that kicks...
I don't race my Z and I see teenagers trying to get me to race them and I ignore them and then they cut in front of me and burn their tires... then they probably go and tell their friends how they smoked a Z...
ain't worth the gas to chase after a 4banger...
now when it comes to looks... nothing comes close in it's class.... if you see an rsx-s and z parked beside each other... will you really be looking at the rsx?

No offense, but your friend does not know anything about cars. Tell him to post on this thread, as to what his reasoning is of why the 350 "doesn't move." He honestly made me think about suicide after hearing what he had to say... I mean the guy is totally clueless, and I feel dumber for having even read what he has to say....May god have mercy on his soul!

I don't talk to anyone I used to know a few years ago much less highschool. I don't know where you are in life but screw em. Get what you like do what you like if you think it was a mistake down the road welcome to the human race cause you wouldn't be the first. I don't think the z would be a mistake by any means. Just my .02

I mean in another year and a half I will be in Law school god willing. I figured being in law school with a hooked up rsx type S just didnt look right, not professional. Thats why I ruled out the rsx. Same goes for srt-4. I actually was thinking about the g35coupe, but I just dont have that kinda money man. Even the 2003 model is a good 23gs...The Z is perfect for me. I know I said I was looking to keep it for a good 3-4 years, but hell I might keep it for good...its just a really comfy ride. Thats what I like. I love the heavy doors when you close em. 4- bangers dont have those...
I'll tell my friend to post on here but I know its going to lead to a flame war...

I dont know what their deal is, but i alaways get compliments on my z, and alot of people think that the Z's are more expensive than they are. When i drive mine around i always get stares. Cobalts and Preludes are ok , but they will never be classics. Who do you know thats ever restored an old prelude or caveiler??? The Z cars will always be legendary cars, and when the fast and furious 3movie comes out, Everbody and their brother will want a 350Z. People will forget about the TT Supra..... well maybe they wont forget about the Supra its a pretty bad *** car, but you get my point. Get that Z, you wont be sorry. Let you friends race around in his cobalt(cavelier), while drive in style.

used to own an RSX_typeS bellive me was not satisfied,
But when I jump into my Brother 350Z whent back to the dealer and get my self the 350Z TRACK I am still in love with it. handling and braking just way diffrent compared with the RSX_typeS.

people who don't like the Z don't know what the f their talking about...some guy told me he hated the giant Z strut bar in the trunk cuz he couldn't fit a case of wine in the back...another one complained about the plastic interior of the Z...but i guess if the Z had a base sticker of at least 45K$, it would be quite a different story...a lot of people judge the Z base on the low base price tag. Then again....Nisssan wouldn't be selling that many Zs.

you friend is just jealous. he doesn't want you to get it because he can't get one. If he was able to buy a Z he won't have anything bad to say about it. He'll get over it...in a few months he'll love being a Z owner's friend.

Chicks love this car !!!
Take your friend with the Colbalt SS to a roadrace track and see if he can keep up.
I brake for ....... OH S#!t, NO BRAKES !!!
Heck, take him to a drag strip. You got him hands down. This talk just cracks me up.

I hope it's not close to the Dealer Sale price ... that is typically way too high. When I checked, I get a Private Party of about $17.6k in 'Good' Condition. I would check eBay or Autotrader if I were you.
It sounds like you're pretty excited and want to jump on the deal, but 2.5k is a lot of money to me. At the very least, make them deal on that car -- unless of course it has some 'bonus accessories' or something.

Here is a nice NISMO one for under $19K with only 8K miles on it.
I would fly in and buy it today if I was you.....
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2004-...QQcmdZViewItem
Heated seats. Leather ventilated seats. Homelink, Power seats, etc....
I should be a saleman. If I didn't already own a SS I jump on this one!
