Hi all,

Nissan Dealership just called me back. Well They gave me a new Transmission and clutch disk, though they say I need a new flywheel and cover assembly. They need an answer by tonight on what I want to do. They want to charge me $1700 for both with labor, they are nutss!!!!! I need help, is there someone on the boards that can help me out finding a great price for both those items, maybe recommendations where to by or what setup to get since I need them anyways. I would need them shipped overnight also or maybe a pickup as I live in the sacramento CA area.

from what i understand...the dealer is supposed to supply everything necessary under warranty in order to complete the tranny replacement. i think they are pulling your you know what....lol:

 

I have a used flywheel and cover, but I am in Kentucky. Shipping would be expensive I would assume.

 

I went to Nissan Performance Parts and ended up buying the nismo clutch, flywheel, and cover assembly. Luckily dealership matched their prices so I ended up saving $500 bucks with the nismo upgrades from stock! The dealership only covered the Tranny and stock clutch disc, I was lucky to get even that with how hard it is to get a new tranny now since so many people have been having problems! This Problem solved! Cant wait to get her back!
