MPG and Tank size

Has there been any "official" confirmation of the information that has been posted on zcarhawaii.com for some time?

In the Car & Driver mag the projected fule economy in city is 20 mpg, highway is 27 mpg. Car & Drivers observed fuel economy was 19 mpg.

Wow 19? I'm sure with my foot I'll be lucky to see 17. My current car is rated around 19 city, 25 Hwy, & I get 17.5 (I don't drive all that hard).
