other than the front tire feathering issues associated with 03s, expect both power window regulators to quit prematurely. May be some other little annoying rattling issues here and there...mine were all fixed under warranty....i guess the 03s are ok and they weight less than the following year models.

Ok last big question.....Lets take a survey.

Choice #1: Buy a 2003
(Still covered by TSB, cheaper, and it seems generally accepted better
by the dealerships to work on)

Choice #2: Buy a 2004
(Little bit more money, might have some problems with the guys at the
dealership, lower miles, not all the defects associated with first year
models)

Money is the big thing with me at this point; not so much in buying the car, but in going to the tire shop more/less frequently and having to pay for sh@t that goes wrong with the car after warranty is expired.

just b/c there is a TSB out doesn't mean crap. if you are still under the 3yr warr then they'll do the TSB's for free, if not then they don't have to do it for free unless its powertrain related. also I haven't seen anything with the 04's that makes them any better than the 03's or less problems. also keep in mind that the 03 Z TSB on tire feathering doesn't apply to the 04's so if you end up with an 04 and feathering you'll likely be SOL as far as help from the dealer.
