I recently got a Greddy Twin Turbo Installed at a location in Socal (not Gt) and was left running like cr*p and detonating like crazy and stalling at any time. This was due to their lack of tunning and only attemp to tune with a laptop and giving me stupid excuses over it.

After all this research I found GT MOTORSPORTS. I have to say I willl never set foot anywhere else but this place. Before I mention about them I would like to thank SHARIFF since he is the one that recommended me this place and took time from his own to talk to me about it over the phone.

Back to GT. I have been dealing with SAM and he is by far the best person their and the best from other shops I have been to (excluding Performance Nissan of course). I was used to having to do research on my own and walk into a shop asking what i want and out i went. This guy Sam took the time to ask me what my goals were, showed me different products in person, gave me a tour of his shop, and took me for several test drives and then asked me to then take a decision. Then he took the time to put together a package for me to first fix the bad install and tunning that was done at the other location and another to add a few goodies to my car.

He is always available on the phone and always returns calls in a timely manner even if its just to let you know he is still working on it. To my suprise he even called at 5:30 AM when he knew i was concerned their was a bigger issue he worked all night and called in the morning to say no worries its just a tunning issue.

Im really happy and hoping to pick car up this weekend. It is coming with:

OT question: can you check with your body shop if they can do the chrome look alike painting on the engine cover?

 

finally you discovered a good shop unlike the joke shop who installed the turbo for you. It seems they return calls unlike the bozo's you dealt with before. Now you know what customer service is about...congrats
