Default Anyone from performance nissan parts read this please

Alright, sorry in advance for posting personal issue with performance nissan.

I'm overseas and I just got raped by your online automatic UPS shipping estimator. Last time I ordered JWT flywheel from you, I made sure you guys readjust the screwy online UPS international shipping estimator, so I got like $60 off the original estimate.. But this time I didn't make sure and look how badly I got ripped off...

My order number is: 15385

I ordered the nismo copper clutch disk and UPS estimator on your site estimated $103.14 for shipping. Come to find out UPS only charged you $41. I want my $62 back please.

I would PM perfnissan peps, but I don't know who to contact. I'll delete this thread once the problem is resolved.
Thanks,

And Nicole Carlin filed the invoce wrong by putting the shipping charge $103.14 as another item... So, I got taxed more since South Korea charges 18% tax for any purchases overseas. I hear Andy Kim (your rep) is pretty good with international shipping.. Why don't you make him your full time international rep? Other vendors also put down less money on the invoice for us internationals so we don't get taxed too much.. I requested this to your company several times with no success.

The final cost of the JWT flywheel I bought from you for $399, was $800!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! $399 + $250 shipping + $150 tax.

Then someone at perfnissan didn't put down my phone number (as required for UPS international shipping), so the shipping got delayed...

Sorry to hear about that man. I hope this gets taken care of. I have sold and shipped to you before and you are a good guy to deal with and it would be ashame for performance nissan to loose your business.

Thanks for your support! How's your beast holding up? I'm in the middle of APS ST installation... I might have to give up the headers I bought from you.. Haha~~ It's been serving me good...
