I love the Z, but as soon as I get out of school, im going to start looking for a SUV, or nice 4 door sedan, and keep the z as my weekend toy instead of my daily. good luck with ur decision. If you already have another car, then def get the Z, but if not, then think about what ur priorities are.

I drive the Z as daily driver to school and such...
Gets pretty boring quickly...
But the feeling when you caned the throttle around a boomerang bend and slid the tail out then immediately turned the steering wheel for the counter steer is what makes you keep it one more day...

Z gets boring in the heavy traffic many of us have to deal with day to day. The Z can be a little awkward and pig like at the lower RPMs when you're barely hitting 25 mph. I get mad when I can't rev it out 5-6600 rpms. I have a 95 Corolla POS that is may daily driver. The Z is great when the traffic is light...late at night and you can find some nice windy roads and Keep the tach way up and make your passenger about to vomit.

I have had my ZR for a month now, and quite honestly the time I really enjoy driving it is when I can go top-down. I don't like driving it at night (terrible visibility with the top up) but it is major fun on curves. My daily driver is a 01 3 series which I absolutely love, and so far I am just not as geeked about the Z as I have been with the Bimmer. OTOH, I live in MI and the weather has not been condusive to going around with the top down. Bet the car will be anything but boring as soon as the weather is perfect for a convertible.

Whoever said that making it a second car is probably dead-on about how not to let it get boring.

Without the Z, I don't know if I could force myself to get up and drive into work in the morning!

I have been stock since my purchase in '03 and my warranty is close to ending, soooo time to mod and up my interest in the car further.

i am not bored of my Z. in fact, i STILL turn around to look at my baby after I park her in a lot at a movie or store. she looks so hot!

here's a step by step way to love you car longer:

1. save some pennies
2. buy some wheels
3. buy some easy DIY mods
4. buy some wax and wash
5. visit your local Z club or a meet and make friends!

Whenever I think I'm getting tired of the Z, I just garage it and drive something else. Then I miss her.

Grass is always greener on the other side of the fence....

If your not practacle with your money then odds are you will get bored with the 350z and want the next ""Cool Car""

My 350z is paid for so I'll be driving it for a long time. I rather take my money and invest into a new home then to keep buying new cars.
