Can someone tell me what these initials mean?

While were on the subject, the Z seat belts have:

Pretentioners: Upon impact, a small chemical "explosive" will cause the seat belts to pull tight removing any slack (both at the belt and in the reel).

Load Limiters: Upon a severe impact, the seat belts will "give" a little to help absorb the impact forces.
