Color is Daytona Blue...so i'm gonna say yeah? Sweet car!
That color does come in the US. I bought that color in 2003, its called Daytona Blue. As far as being US spec...you need to look quite a bit more into it to find that out. But why would he be bragging about having a US spec car anyway?

in Poland...And those rims were also available for us market?
Looks alot like Honda Electric Blue. The (Daytona) blue on the 350s is very similar though. Looks like it was a pretty overcast day when the picture was taken, it might have changed the prismatics in the paint making it look darker. I'm just shoot in the dark here. Have you seen the car in person? As for your question, looks pretty U.S. to me, but I think checking the VIn will confirm that.

It difficult to tell from the exterior, but this appears to be U.S. 350Z. Not because of what I see, but because of what I do not:
No side markers
No plugs in front bumpers for headlight wipers
If you can get a better look, see if the glass has DOT stickers.

I doubt that this is US spec.
It looks like the European model to me.
Rims look like the European model.
Also Brembos are standard for European models (which this car has)
Most of all it has a european license plate on.
If it really is European than there are only two different trims
(no TRACK / ENTH / TOURING and so on....): standard trim (brembos, lsd, ...) and the premium trim (with leather and bose).
Also in case of the european spec do a search: there are a couple of subtle differences: headlight adjusting, some extra button next to the seat heat I believe, audio controls on steering wheel prior to 2006 models, headlight washing unit? little things like that.
And btw in Europe the 350z is sold for a lot more money than in the US [MSRP depending on country around 40k Euros for standard trim and coupe].
BTW: Poland is famous for stolen cars.
It is probably the best place in Europe to get stolen cars.
Also the specs between european and US cars are different with respect to headlight requirements, flashers, and bumpers.
Typically headlights and flashers are more advanced, bumpers less strong than in the US. If you want to get a license plate for a US model in Europe you have to either FIX your US lights and change them or pay some money and have some friends so that you can get the certification and the "title" equivalent. The other way round: I believe European cars if imported to the US don't satisfy the bumper requirements (but not too sure on that).
One example: the rear left/right flashers must be separate from the brake light housing or something like that (forgot the exact description)
So since the car in the picture has a european license plate on it, it either is a European model in the first place, or it is a US model modified to satisfy the EU specs, or they just got the license plate by paying someone something.
Either way, of all options the first one is most likely IMHO.

And based on the green colour, I would say the grass looks like Poland-native european beach grass, a species only found in NE Poland.
Its not a Canadian version, we never got 17" wheels here.
