Question Doesn't move

OK, I"ve noticed just recently that the center part where the dvd/nav TV would go(for touring) the cover that clicks open, just opens and doesn't retract back into the dash like everyone else. WHY?? I have an 04 perfermance model.

Too many people were too stupid to work the thing and breaking it, so they changed it for '04. Another reason I'm glad to have an '03...

So all 04's don't retract back into the car. That really sux. Is there anything I can do about that, or am I stuck with it like that. Is there something I can "brake" so it will do it? Or replace?

I believe you can order the '03 cubby/door assembly from Performance Nissan.
